Reservations offering SHH & Barn Rental for Events or Ski House
We accept one deposit and one balance for group reservations or depending upon type of rental and date of reservation, we may request full payment at the time of booking.
If available, non-holiday Mid-week, $99 per night, plus M-Th (2-people) December till March
Payment
We accept personal checks to be received within a couple of days of booking. Tax and handling fee not included in rates.

Cancellations
Full refund, if cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking. Due to the high volume of interest, there is no refund after this grace periord. Should you shorten your stay while you are at the Scudder Hill House, you will be charged according to the reservation made at the time of the booking.
Check-in 3:30 pm; Check-out 10:30 a.m. Instructions on how to enter and depart house will be emailed as an attachment prior to arrival and occupancy, along with lockbox Code.
