Upon request and with advanced notice, we can accommodate large groups. If interested, ask for our weekly, monthly, and seasonal rates.

Payment
For your convenience, our rates include the tax and a full continental breakfast. Also, we do not raise our rates during holidays or for weekends. At this time, to reserve your room, we ask that you mail us a personal check or money order in the amount of a one-night stay at least two weeks prior to your arrival. The remainder of your balance is due when you arrive.

Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is if you reserve a room and cancel more than 14 days before your reservation, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 14 days of your reservation, your money will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 48 hours prior to your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded.
Extra Occupants
Rates are for 2–4 person occupancy, depending upon what room you choose. An additional fee of $20 will be charged per extra person staying in your room to cover breakfasts, daily utilities, and cleaning costs.
Check-In
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. If you have any extenuating circumstances and we can accommodate you, we will do our best to meet your needs.
Pets
We have a smoke-free and pet-free environment. We do suggest Toni’s Boarding Kennel (607-326-7983), which is only six miles off Rte 30 north. We have taken a look at this facility and were impressed.
